For years George refused to sing this song anymore because he no longer related to the lyrics. So glad he changed his mind, because it's so rare and special to hear 20,000 people singing, in tune, every nuance of a song. That means something anthemic, almost mythic.

'Careless Whisper' is one of the best songs in the history of pop music. A compelling and sexy voice, a fantastic sax solo, a haunting melody. . . Plus, George proved his ability as a producer. You know, this song was produced by George Michael himself. I think this is much better than the famed producer Jerry Wexler's mix, which is an early version of 'Careless Whisper' in 1983. He is sorely missed. RIP.❤

@@RexTyrranae I couldn't move on because your way of thinking is dangerous. You are capable of spreading this delusion, then you are also capable of spreading this disease called religion. You are an adult, yet hold on to an imaginary friend. If you fall for this, you will believe anything without evidence. Stuff like Qanon, flat earth, young earth. And a host of other delusions. It is my duty, especially when this bullshit hits my feed, to be a guardian of reality. There is no amount of prayer that will be answered. Where was your God when a child is sexually abused? Does he favor the abuser because he didn't help? Does he favor the abused, yet does not stop it? Thst is the difference between me and you god, I would stop an abuser because I am not a monster. Spreading this drivel is what causes so much mental anguish in people. Read a book, learn some history, realize that you are following a religion of a man who allegedly thought he heard God, then mutilated his own punishment and tried to murder his own son (abraham). Your whole religion is based on the words of uneducated goat herders who stole the parts of religion they plagiarized from others, then made it their own. Save yourself from the racist, misogynistic, genocidal, slave traders.
