Absolutely eargasmic, only just pipped by the Cummins L10 for an open pipe symphony, but only because the L10 is my favourite 6 pot fossil burner. Definitely worth the wait and all is forgiven for the cruel tease last vid 👍🏻

I'm a HGV driver so they are a bit different but from what I've gathered from George's videos it's like a fairly normal box but instead of flicking a switch and then dipping the clutch to split the gear, it's done electronically by pushing a button and can be done twice or three times per gear. Should maybe give you a bit of an idea.

Any chance you can do a video on the gears the Fastrac has. I see you changing and also pushing buttons. Show us the sequence you use them etc and explain what gear you are in as you change. Great videos.

Certainly not double clutching. It would because the transmissons is the older fastrac's were like truck ones. Where they had half gears between the main gears. Expect fastrac's had two splits instead of one like trucks do. So from the incab shot you can see george go main gear, split, main gear then split. Don't always have to split twice between main gears. I hope that makes sense to ya 👍

Really nice noise now from the Fastrack, George! Now you have to get the round green sign with a white border and letter L and put in the front! [L means in this case Lärmarme = Low Noise so you can use it in nighttime i European cities. Haha!]
