Dead right about the bale trailers with hydraulic side clamps. Over engineered nonsense in my opinion tgat every brand keeps making, I doubt they sell many haven't seen one in the flesh yet. I think a device to strap quicker and easier to trailers would be a better idea. I know lorry trailers have some kind, not sure how good they are but surely something that can be worked on and improve. Strap up quicker and off you go

Getting rid of my Stihl Farm Boss MS311 20" [purchased new, only 6 years old, annual use for one fireplace and a little tree pruning]. Not much use for a high end saw. Always hard too start after storage [yes, I drain fuel before store]. Made enquiry at dealership, sales said "we get a lot of them in here for service due to HARD to start [but blamed operator, said need to pull SMOOTHLYand pull HARD - a knack: Hmm?]. My McCulloch prior to that did 30 years... never had this trouble starting. Also, I could work on my McCulloch, two bolts and clip to remove carby. MS311, frightend to touch carby... too complex. So yes, i'm going for a Bunnings cheap saw next time round. Stihl had their chance but that's a no from me. PS: Probably a great saw if using professionally, weekly, regularly, seems to start within a week of use [though more pulls than my McCulloch ever had]. My issue is starting after STORAGE. People argue fuel is stale, if that be so, why does my Ryobi brush cutter start 2nd pull after 6 months, on SAME fuel? Stihl dealership sold me a LITRE of fuel for $18.00 to get it going, which started it last time round 3 months ago, but back to square 1 this weekend and much lost time. $18.00 a litre, special fuel, really!!! Took it to a small engine go-cart expert today... even he played an hour to get it going. He owned a smaller stihl, put my spark plug in his to test, his little stihl started easy [so not the plug - which was new from last $280 service anyway]. Problem seems to be model specific, I am not the only one with starting probs on that model, should tell us something. Good video all the same.

I have one of these chainsaws and had the same challenge getting the chain tension adjuster working which you did at 17:50.

We have a TGB, it sucks. Allways difficult to start, insane fuel consumption, repair cost is huge, and have bearly worked in years. It is however 15+ years old, perhaps new models are better.
