Thats a lot more technical than i imagined, certainly a well designed and thought out bit of kit. every thing crossed for you pal hope Henry comes good.

Brilliant George, so well explained. If? for instance I was at your yard and you asked me to move it, pretty sure I could. Just start it and move it a few yards. Pretty big deal for an ex agricultural engineer who can't drive a modern tractor lol. Cheers mate :)

Lets hope that once Henry's had a plough on, he'll be convinced enough to buy a Fastrac. That would be 1 very happy George, as he would be in his element driving the Fastrac.

Pretty impressive bit of kit that one, George. I'm with you on the looks though, always thought Fastracs were great looking machines. Second only to the Claas Xerion in my opinion!

How is the reliability of these tractors, especially the electronics and I imagine they could be quite expensive if they break down.

Could you explain that manual mode a bit better ? When I drove one I couldn't get it to adjust the rpms when I used the joystick in manual mode.

Just wanted to say because there was some insecurity about the engine that it is 6,6 liter Agco Power (former Sisu Power).

i believe the best for me atleast would be they change the drive stick like howe it act in a fendt, with the fine vario transmission and sisu engine :) left change forward/reverse and acelerating when pushing it forward and braking the opposit and is there no exhaust brake on jcb? if not that would be a thing i realy would miss on them, i Driving a Fendt 828 S4 with a samson PG 18 and i almost of the time just using the exhaust brake in all the hills along the road and in field when not using a pto equipment, :D have a good one George Saunders

I must admit im not a fan of the new bubbly look of most tractors... But out of the last 20 years the only 3 I actually like the look of is the 4220, the john Deere 7810 and the old newholland t7s...
