Look up regenerative agriculture. It solves all problems with food (especially meat) production. It stores greenhouse gasses in the soil, more than is emitted, it greatly reduces pesticide use, fertlizer use, improves the omega 3 to 6 ratio, much better lives for the animals. And if the animals are kept well production per acre goes way up, I have seen figures of 4 to 6 fold increase of biomass (meat and eggs) on a piece of land. More biodiversity = more production.

@dr. rw especially absorbable protein deficiency. It's reversed with meat; like kwashiorkor. Most people in rich countries also have protein inadequacy, huge problem for sure. Carb allotments need to go down to have adequate protein. Nutritional deficiencies go up the less animal is eaten. Nose to tail, regenerative farming is important. Too many animals are killed for agricultures sake and our topsoil is sterilized, when will that stop?

Can we talk about the bigger issue? All the chemicals and plastics that have been incorporated into our food systems and the harms done to the biome critical to the health of our planet and all beings living on this planet. This really needs to be the number one discussion even before discussing what we eat, because if the biome in the soil can no longer incorporate a vital amount of nutrients into our food there is no point discussing even talking about what we eat.

There used to be herds of buffalo that were so large it would take several DAYS for them to pass a person constantly moving. There is just no way that we have that many cattle today. We don't have any more animals today than we have in the past, so limiting the amount of meat we eat having an impact on GHGs just doesn't make any sense at all. Sure, if all the animals (including HUMANS) were removed from the planet, CO2 would reduce as plants would consume it, but the same is true for humans wiping out forests (especially the forests in South America). The thing that a lot of proponents of "meatless diets" miss is that animals HELP PLANTS GROW. It's not that we eat meat, it's that we don't ranch in sustainable ways. This has been proven several times, they just don't want to hear it.

And Dr. Ede in this video illuminated more of the real interest people those others who made sure to select and manipulate data studies that gets used or not, is flawed at the onset, or discarded as useless when it doesn't suit the findings ultimately that is sought (behind the scenes) which will be the published findings. Very sad truth. Glad at least Dr. Ede presented what was heard. Every step forward is a step nonetheless, and no matter how small, it still registers and it shed light. This video got my ear. I've been in similar questioning mode now for years on these and other things along similar connected and intersecting lines. Change comes one person at a time. The other side has been the corrupting forces for longer than I honestly can grasp at this time. But am aware during World War ll the US Govt. had a special (very covert) agency specifically for developing a lot of the very propaganda machine that has evolved and which much went into the private American sector as marketing tooling. Which has help those who we read and hear why the studies we hear and read, will read. True or not. Market place is to create demand and need for what they are selling, or will be designing to be sold many years down the road. And Dr.Ede show that is no truer than in the entire food supply, all the way to the medical needs that will be required years afterward or along the way of the lifespan of their 'mark' ...their cash cows. When they stop being seen as cash cows or should become a threat enough it seems things tend to silence them ironically. And it works that way from low local level to people on committees at WHO or the person at the level that decides (in the open) what will be submitted as findings to be published and taken as gospel publicly...will be seen it's the way it is. That said, I am behind in a positive way everything I heard Dr. Ede present in this video. Only seeing it myself first time 4/21/22. Excellent presentation. 🏆👍

Yes, one that enables me to eat meat with a grateful heart. More compassionate farmers would increase competition and help drive prices a bit lower. Then more of us could eat the proper human diet. 🥩

I can understand why Harvard (Read BIG PHARMA) would have shut you down. The LAST thing either of those Manipulative Bastards needs, is a Woman of Science AND Integrity, rocking their boat. Let alone a woman capable of clear headed critical thinking! Thank you firstly for doing the right thing by removing yourself from their clutches, and for ‘Spilling the beans!’

@@roscorude I really don't understand the strawman "satanists" that (usually) conservatives like to throw around. Just because some people in government do things you don't agree with or *gasp* do things that support what this country was founded upon(freedom of religion), they are somehow "satanists." I can't possibly take people like you seriously. The point is to be inclusive of all religions and not side with one particular religion. And furthermore, nobody really likes government. The guy that votes for the person you don't like most likely hates government as much as anybody else, but considers the guy you don't like the lesser of two evils. Also satanists are rarely ever theistic, as in they don't actually believe in satan. Treat a satanist like you would a buddhist or any other religious faith(or lack thereof), rather then treating them like boogiemen. They just use it as a metaphor. So this satanist supports you, yet you turn her down? Sad...

@@roscorude I'm insane? You think there's strawmen "satanists" conspiring against you, then an actual satanist says "no, I want you buy a cow and prosper", and you still hide behind your strawman argument. You're fucking batshit crazy...

The healthiest human diet is answered by anthropology and biology. Humans have always eaten meat, as much of it as could be captured. There has never been a vegan/vegetarian society except in cases of extreme deprivation caused by war, famine or living under communist regimes. Humans evolved as meat eaters. Human's can eat just about every form of animal and thrive, while humans cannot just walk through a field eating whatever happens to grow without suffering extreme digestive issues. The "health industry" is anything but.

Asian cultures eat more meat as their income goes up, helping their longevity improve. They don't buy into the self-destructive drive towards "plant-based".
