yes, honestly the mountains from back home is the thing i miss the most after friends and family. its not the food or anything, its my mountains ;D but we also have to say, that here he has to pay "nothing" for food and accomodation compared to switzerland or austria ;) . i was about to write something like "it looks like a cheaper switzerland" ;D

So just an example. I follow another KZbin channel called Sailing La Vagabonde. They have 331K followers. They have 1,650 patrons which account for just .5% of their total active subscribers. They get over $9K per episode from their patreon partners. That comes to approximately $5.50 per patreon partner per episode. They have been on KZbin 3+ years. Realistically, most of their patrons probably are giving $1 to $5 per episode and the bulk of the support comes from a few (say 10%). You have almost 6K subscribers and 19 patrons who give $19 bucks per month. Your patreon partners represent .1% of your total active subscribers. Granted the subscribers that subscribe to a hip couple sailing a catamaran around the ocean is potentially different than your subscriber base. I would suggest your content is more significant and meaningful. Clearly there is room for both. We simply have to continue to get the word out ... "if this content is important and you connect share Indigo with your friends and families and become a supporting patron." I don't want you to become a sell-out who is in it for the money. I know you would never do that but I do want your product or content to be appreciated for what it is as a whole.... high caliber, responsible, and insightful travel. I know that support is a touchy thing for artists like your self. Don't want the current subscribers to leave because I am asking for money. Reality is content this good is not free and costs money to produce. These are just a few of my random thoughts on this stuff.

I know I am 4 years late 😆 but I just found your channel. I subccribed, scrolled down to the very beginning and have been watching in sequence. I adore your travels. I'm 50 now and that rural, raw type travel is not for me but I used to loveee lonely planet back in the day and this is even better. I love how you love nature and also how you connect with the people. I did complete the Venezuela series because I am from Trinidad and a lot of Venezuelans migrated here so it was helpful to hear and see their plight. They never melted because there is not to hot, if weather were hotter than you see how they melted. So, in Macedonia is hotter than Georgia.
