Yeah as someone that also struggle with depression, I think living somewhere isolated, while peaceful in doses, makes me more depressed if I spend most of my time there. Whereas if I'm in a lively walkable city just exploring, it keeps me happy lol. That's one part of Singapore that's really nice

A similar thing happened to me after a living in Asia for so long where all people are polite. So when I went into the Chinese the card machine was down. So the lady serving said I can get cash out at the atm at the petrol station. Anyway it turned out that atm was out of cash so I went to Tesco. When I went back I told the lady just so you know that atm is out of cash. Just incase she sent someone else. And some random man just shouted YES WE KNOW THAT. It's like some people in the Uk are so miserable in their own lives. So try not to take it personally! ❤

I do understand what you mean about having just 2 "normal" weeks in your menstrual cycle. TCM acupuncture or other natural therapies may help.

… that’s not rambling. I relate to what you said very much.. it happens every month and certainly not a period to take any life important decisions - my hormones make me feel suddenly so sad/depressed or suddenly so happy. Love and best wishes (from sg)!

Stay safe, Georgia. I mean... you're such a cute soul. I think living in the UK is not allowing you to be the true you. At Singapore/Bali you probably had more space throughout, for yourself (?). The UK seems too confined to you ... And you can do a vlog when you are depressed and all too (unless it's uncomfortable and impossible), you know... We love to be with you through your life.
