Georgians fought in Iraq and Afghanistan alongside the Americans, fighting the world's second-largest army. Georgians may be few as a nation, but they are the best fighters in terms of quality 🫡🇬🇪

Most of Georgian troops back then (i.e.pre-2004) were in terrible shape: no food, no ammunition, no adequate supplies, rampant corruption. Mothers were telling recruiters they would rather send their kids to prison than to the army. There's even a video of Georgian recruits in 90s so famished, they hunt hedgehogs and snakes and then eat them. Thankfully, things improved quite fast after the Revolution.
