CLeared jrf now... Now am really not able to understand what to do... Blank.. Not interested in proper lab work but i want to continue with my subject(chemistry) further...but still very less scope in our subject. Am looking for assistant professor but the seats are soo limited and also dont want to drop years.. Literally am blank now...

Try for govt jobs or, start working as guest lecturer or in coaching centres.

Prepare for geoscientist, BARC, GATE (for PSUs) These are best options in chemistry. And yes there is no harm in taking drop for preparation.
