I believe it would be up to the GC leader in this scenario during stage race. What if the crash were in breakaway, will the breakaway group wait? what if the crash were in the middle of one day classic? I don’t believe the rider would be waited either.

No one was attacking when he went down it was all pretty neutral. He didn't go down launching an attack, basically sit up and return, as we were. It must have been a dull stage if this was the only 7 minute talking point. Hardly a Contador Shleck TDF moment, when Shleck had a mechanical....please excuse any misspelling of their name's.

You are wrong, I been watching this race very carefully! G been saving all his fuel the whole race just for tomorrow! I believe his master plan is go for a long distance attack tomorrow and probably finish 10 min ahead of everyone else and take over the Pink! He been sandbaging and tomorrow glove come off!!

For me, the worst thing about bike races is the peloton. On stage 19, they let the outsiders win by nearly 16 minutes, and it makes no difference whatsoever. The early bike races outlawed draughting, so they had to race properly, but it's all about money now. And they look stupid spraying champagne about - leave it to the Formula 1 boys.
