Cost of producing maize in Uganda is almost nil... Sadly reality is fast escaping him. How do i know why my locality has no Govt fertilizer? Save for the fertilizer and hustler fund, what else? Kwa ground, we feel the cost of living going up daily, we do not feel the Govt Bitok.
