Gerard Adams, also known as The Millennial Mentor™, is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, and philanthropist. His mission is to turn entrepreneurs into industry-recognized leaders while showing them how to create true impact and freedom through their business.
Gerard became a self-made multi-millionaire by 24, but lost it all during an economic downturn. However, that didn’t slow him down. He kept going and co-founded an online media publication called EliteDaily.com. Gerard helped EliteDaily.com grow to a readership of over 80 million visitors per month. And in 2015, he sold the platform to a multi-billion-dollar global corporation for $50,000,000.
Since then, he’s invested in, built, and backed 9 companies and trades that have all made seven figures. He’s lived bi-coastal, owned exotic cars, traveled the world first-class, and made friends with countless influencers. Although the material rewards were great, it inspired him to share what he had learned to help other purpose-driven entrepreneurs create the businesses they needed so they could serve the world on a higher level. This is how Leaders Create Leaders was born.

Dude! This is seriously one of the best episodes so far! Yahya's story is such a rollercoaster journey and something we can all relate to in wanting our parents to feel proud of us. What I took from this is that its great to do it for your family, but that can't be it! You have to do it for yourself, with or without your familiies backing! Powerful man! Respect from London!

Thank you for this. Since 2012 I’ve been on an entrepreneurial path centered on the truth & transparency. My first business was building custom musical instruments. I shifted. Now in the beginnings of building a social media agency. A big change is surrounding myself with business owners who are ahead of me. Also have Online Mentors in my field teaching & keeping me accountable. It’s hard as I’ve started over again (with a family & young children) but I will make it.

Brother, I know you're reading the comments, so here it is. 14-18, my spiritual arc was exactly the same as you. I grew up in an Indian Muslim household in Saudi Arabia, believing and trying to be the perfect Muslim. I searched through all religious literature, trying to find the truth. I remember one night, I told myself, if God really loves me, he'll understand me leaving him. And that's how I let go of religion, and I can honestly say my whole life started right in that moment. Thanks for sharing your story. You were the right messenger for me.

it's 3:49am while i"m writing this. I've been following you on IG for a years but never saw your youtube channel. So it's "funny that toady of all days I stumble on your show and this specific episode. The reason I'm up is because a few days ago i made the decision to go to a "compassionate group" (i guess you'd call it that) for people who lost a child. In 2012 I lost my 65 day old son and through the years never really talked about it with anyone because halve of my family lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and the other halve (my moms side) scattered throughout the states. So when i finally see my mom, dad, sister or friends, which is once or maybe twice a year, it's always the usual "super visual" talk. So last week I made the decision to change this and seek help/ connection because I realized I need to talk about it and the worst is when people tell you "ahh I understand" when they never even had kids let alone had to pull the plug on their infant son. This get together is today at 6:00 pm and I've been an emotional wreck all day and night. This episode made me feel alive again knowing that I had to be true to myself and face the hardest parts of my life instead of faking that I am okay in order to move on in life. I am truly thankful for people like you GA and Yahya who make it their life"s passion to help others grow and create full filling lives. Thank you for your sincerity, your kindness and drive to make a difference.. You made a difference in my life today. Sincere and kind regards, Mike Kok (bt4s.us)

Thanks and praises G.A. I just discovered your channel recently and super resonated with this episode. I'm in the same place as 31:55, already announced I'm moving on but not sure to what yet. Also, using my channel to shine the light on messages from others is what I wished I had been doing all along. I'm wilderness hermit turned online food activist but recently kind of lost hope because of a traumatic experience with my ex and because making the content to get my message out there has been stressful to the point of adrenalin fatigue. Love your interview styles. Props from Oregon and keep up the good work.

Yahya Bakkar, you are more than welcome. 44 years now and having the gift of easily innovate, I was always treated as lazy, a dreamer, a fool by others, including my father, me wanting to create and launch my inventions. Being successful in the military and corporate life did not fit me at all. In the end, the relationship with my father was over; not being able to do it anymore. Recently, I dropped all of it and focus on my inventions again. I think I was born to invent and improve other peoples lives, being honest and authentic and being able to motivate others in the process. So I can relate Brother; I really can. Many things were said in this that had me thinking a lot about being open about this last year and my life in general. I have an amazing story to tell but just feel lost on telling it. I want to share about my family, my transition, and more. This has me wanting to do it even more... because my story can impact different people... getting over yourself is hard. I know it's not fear of the family keeping me holding back. I think I hold myself back because of how vulnerable I've been and how I feel like no one really cares. Because I know when people bitch... people don't care. But this is my story to tell and people will either listen or not listen. I've impacted before with my stories so it's probably time to tell more...
@yahyabakkar
@yahyabakkar 7 жыл бұрын
Hey James. I totally get you man. There's a difference between just sharing your story because you want to talk about yourself and sharing your story because you hope it could one day help others. That's the difference between being a victim and being vulnerable. A victim blames others and bitches about their situation. A courageous and vulnerable person takes ownership for their history and emotions so that they can create a better future for themselves and others. That actually takes more strength.if you share your story in service to humanity, it could heal humanity. If you just share your story because you want to talk about yourself only, you're just seeking validation. It's a subtle but delicate balance that comes with experience. If you need more help, download this 5-step blueprint to get your message out there :) WorldClassSpeaker.com

Yahya Bakkar Yeah, no problem! I am 19 years old and in college and I am doing a sports and business course. I started into fitness when I was 14 and have been hooked since so decided I'd do a course along the lines of fitness. Throughout the first year of the course I was losing motivation to stick at it and felt I wanted to drop out, but, I asked myself what have I got to lose.. Nothing! I am almost finished my 2nd year of the course and I'm happy I stayed in it. This interview just gave me a similar perspective to what I went through as in "is this what I want to do?" Also, the fact that you followed your own dreams motivated me more than anything and, that no one can stand in your way no matter what it is or how difficult it is to achieve. Keep up the work man, peace ✌️

@Yahya Bakkar hi yahya i just watch the video I am from thailand. I think i might have a clue by listening to your story regarding the arguement with your mom. In thailand to be honest the price of a genuine louis vitton bag is as expensive as anywhere in this world, the only reason I can think of is that your mom might be carrying not a genuine one which can be seld in black markets or online which are like half the price. I think thats where when you are asking about the bag price she might feel offended or lose face she might feel that you caught her carrying not a genuine one. Which in thailand or i believe in many countries in Asia asking these type of questions in this suitation is very offensive to the listener. This is my best guess.

She's right yahya she's not your mom if she love you and care for you enough she will never leave you. And other way around why not her that search for you she knew all your details, to be honest I'm a thai woman and i think your birth mothers she's selfish you better focusing on your step mother and your own little family your own small world... in bhudish they said... just known who given you a birth but focusing on the one who raised you and be there for you when you needed.. in the end we all come alone and will go alone ☺☺☺☺
