When you have someone that you love pass away, maths, science and english aren’t going to help....I’m blown away. I literally had the exact same conversation with my husband this morning about our children’s curriculum.... but I said ‘when you face a difficult situation in life, algebra isn’t going to help you solve the problem. We should be teaching our children meditation, yoga and awareness alongside the academic skills.

To love something is to accept it as yourself. To fear something is to believe that it is separate from yourself. What's hard for people to grasp is the idea of unconditional love. Mankind's belief systems limit our ability to perceive love without condition. We are used to loving someone because of the things they do for us. Have we ever considered what happens once they stop doing those things? Do we stop loving them? The love that will save this world is the infinite and unconditional love that is at the very core of our being. Thanks G for being vulnerable and sharing your meaningful experiences with the rest of us. Love and prosperity brother!

My biggest take away from the episode was the realization of what's to come for me in my future. I've noticed the past year practicing YOGA, that it really speaks to me, so I signed up for my first 200-hour Teacher Training Certification course. I'm breaking my weekend routine and dedicating my Saturday's and Sunday's to ten hours of YOGA practice. I'd like to have the ability to heal people, that's what moves me, and YOGA is going to be one of my wrenches in the toolbox. Thank you Gerard you are awesome and thank you, Jay, you are both amazing people who are giving me the kick start I need.

I loved it! Many nuggets of wisdom... the most impactful message for me was when Jay talked about the importance of service and aligning oneself with the universe. Paraphrasing here... " If you observe the Universe carefully, every element in the Universe is constantly serving.... Water providing energy, trees provides us with nutrition, oxygen fueling our bodies, etc... The only way to be aligned with the Universe is to serve because then you are acting in alignment."

Thanks for watching!! I'm grateful that you found insight and wisdom from this episode! Jay is really a unique soul and we can all learn something from him. Living a life of service is exactly what we are here to do. To help elevate the consciousness of humanity and to make the world a better place. I hope your subscribed and stay tuned for a new episode of Leaders Create Leaders coming out soon!

I'm a first-time listener man, and I took so much away from this. I made some connections to the things I was doing in my own life relating to what Jay's was explaining when he was a monk. one of the things I wrote down was: More meditation gives us more detachment from the physical world. The same way monks don’t look in the mirror. It forces us to look within and focus on our feelings as guidance, and reaffirms our identity with the formless realm, our "true Self". I have been experimenting with 2 hours of meditation a day and have noticed some profound shifts in my life and the work that i create. I know that the more we do this the better we can become conscious creators. Looking forward to the next episode mate!!

Jai & Gerard, thank you both very much for this inspiring episode. It gave me a reminder and almost like an epiphany, that if we are not consciously aware of our thoughts then we are constantly living a life that isn't true to us, it doesn't add value to us. We are constantly live in either past or the future. One of the things I loved so much about this episode, in particular, is the message. You know, in this day and age we see so many 'successful' people who have accomplished materialistic things and it's almost like we thrive to achieve those results, yet when we do achieve them it's like having a new iPhone. It's cool and amazing at the start, but once the novelty wears off it's like any other item unless you are living in the present moment. One of the main purposes of life is to be consciously aware and in the present moment so I love how this message reached thousands of people because sometimes I feel we are missing out on the true meaning to life. Thank you for your time and energy creating these videos, it is appreciated and loved by many Mia-

“The only way to be aligned with the universe is to serve” that really hit me, because we’re all so focused on serving ourselves and what we benefit from it. Also LOVE the point about how we need to prepare energetically because I STRUGGLE with that and we constantly forget to be conscious about preparing for that. Anyone can prepare physically and look great but if you don’t feed your soul and energy then your vibes will be poor. Because let’s be honest, people are pulled toward others with radiating energy!
