Montale Ristretto Intense Cafe | Fragrance First Impressions

I have this and Arabians Tonka, they have a strong resemblance. The Ristretto has more sweetness and both are beasts. I also have a 5mil of the Intense Cafe. It is similar without the coffee note. I also have a full bottle of Mancera Amore Caffe. It smells like a very sweet cappuccino mixed with Gelato ice cream, It it performs great and is much easier to wear on a daily basis.

Mancera & Montale are just awesome, the quality vs. price on discounters from those houses always impresses me. Need to try out this scent, I love coffee fragrances ☕️

Totally agree! I'm going to be exploring more montale and there are a couple on my short list of must trys from Mancera as well.

I have a sample of the original Intense Cafe. I like it but it also leans a little to feminine for me. In this genre i enjoy Fugazzi - Workaholic most. Though it is a bit of a grower. But what i'm really looking for is something that smells just like a dark coffee.

Love for you to review a few from the new Fragrance World Coffee Collection line which I believe there are five fragrances . One I’m hearing the mist buzz about is the caramel macchiato . . Been selling out on many sites

If we're voting for best coffee fragrances (that you can actually buy still, RIP Givenchy Play Intense) then I'm going to go with Givenchy Enflamme. Expensive, but if you can get your hands on a sample I think you'd love it. Tobacco, Coffee, and Vanilla. Smoky and rich and a bit of sweetness. Fantastic stuff.

Used to really like this one before I found Follow, Coffee Addict and Awake. Honestly though, short of going niche+, the new Qahwa and Kopi Luwak from Fragrance World are probably the best coffees I've smelled in a while. Picked up both as gifts and was surprised how good they were, presentation and everything. Heard that Al-Rehab's French Coffee is decent too, although that one used to be dirt cheap and now it's significantly gone up in price. Either way, here's to a great cup in the morning. ☕ Count me in as a Bruins fan.

@@KneeGrowDoingKneeGrowThings Follow is strong, but Followed (the flanker) is the beast mode one. Only have a sample of it and it's all I'll ever need. After Follow, Coffee Addict is the next strongest, but it's sweeter. The others are still 6-8 hour frags, just not as tenacious. Hope that helps.

@@justaddlight I've tried followed and it's honestly the best thing I've ever smelled and I love its performance. I told a friend about it and he got a full bottle and honestly every-time i smell it on him, I get insanely jealous... wish I had shut my trap. I also love follow, but I'd rather spend $150 on followed than follow I had the idea to mix followed and a coffee scent (looking at French Coffee by Al Rehab) in a 1:2 ratio.
