Lol... Just because he was born in Los Angeles doesn't mean he will know English for the rest of his life. He may have been born here, but he was raised in Sinaloa. When I would go to Nayarit in my vacations, I made a friend that was born in Colorado but raised in Nayarit. That didn't mean he would automatically know English...
