LOVED this video! I just got my L&H license and began my onboarding process to become a broker. So started the process of contracting with different companies but Gerber made me jump through so many hoops before letting me submit my paperwork, just to tell me that they won't even consider my application if it doesn't come in already with a policy application attached to it. Like what? Do they want me to start trying to sell their product before even contracting with them? And why didn't they tell me that from the start before making me fill out the contract and put all my paperwork together to apply? I don't know I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth about them now and was wondering if it's even worth it trying to contract with them anymore.

Please do not buy whole life insurance. Buy term if you actually need it. Children do not have income that other people rely on. They do not need any life insurance.

You should check out indexed universal life concepts for covering children, not for a life insurance death benefit, but for a source of tax-free withdrawals to use for anything - first home purchase, paying school tuition, even planning for retirement.
