I'm 53, got my license in december of 2023, joined a mlm with a pletora of carriers, borchures, badges and a ton of apps. As of the 20th of January 2024, I've watched 100s of youtube videos of Pat Ben David, Andy Elliott, Cody Askins and the like and have yet to make a dime in this Industry. This one video has helped me beyond belief on what to think about and what to put forward as far as what's important. Thank you so much for making this video. I feel like I've wasted the last 45 days feeling utterly frustrated and worthless. Please continue to make videos for us beginners, because it seems a lot of these MLMs just wanna take your money, make you captive through contract and not lift a finger to help.

Those aren't MLMs. Most of those people make money from you using affiliate marketing. Their primary business is not insurance. You need a good FMO. That is still not an MLM. An MLM makes money from YOU buying the product from them, then reselling it. They don't care if you resell it, just that you buy it from them. You don't buy insurance from your FMO to sell it. You just work under an FMO who has the contracts. You have to figure out how to write business.

Loved this! I was especially reassured when he said to choose a niche! I do IUL's specifically for kids as a MUCH better alternative to a 529 and customers LOVE it! I wouldn't offer something i would't get for my future kid so on top of the great income it brings me joy to know i'm providing families with a big financial push for their children! My coach once said "Your income is directly proportionate to the amount of value you bring to society" and I can proudly say I bring HUGE value!

Amazing pod. I'm a sales agent for Palig in trinidad. I've only joined the company about 12 days now and my biggest challenge so far is leads and how to market myself as an agent. Currently, I am just posting on my socials with little to no interactions and I'm cold calling businesses to offer my services with not much luck. It is difficult and I'm hoping to find ways to build an audience plus expand my network to people that I can do business with as I'm only randomly calling right now.

Do not randomly call . First , know what product you sell, second know who it is for , third know where to find such individuals your product is for and fourth develop an approach at meeting such individuals whether online or face to face and pointing out the most important usefulness of your product which the prospect values the most , fifth invite them to make payment for your product , sixth if they don't make payment for your product find out the real reason why , seventh if they make payment for your product , get to know why they made payment and then look for more and more prospects like the ones who made payment , finally those that didn't make payment , get to learn from the mistakes you made , a mistake could be they lack the purchasing power so you learn not to waste time with those who lack the means to purchase your product. As You Do The Sales Work More Often, You Get To Learn And Discover Some Sales Experience And Insights Which You Won't Have If You Didn't Do The Sales Work.

Life insurance is the one thing EVERYONE will use. Everyone dies. Setting the ones you love up to not have to scramble to make and pay for arrangements for you and have something left over, is something everyone should want for their loved ones.
@markf.2050 Жыл бұрын
@user-pf6mw3su2h You make it sound like life insurance is the only option available to leave $$ for your heirs. It is not, and I think you know that. In my own case, because I did not waste money on whole life insurance when I needed life insurance (Ibought term), I had money to make investments. I now have a net worth that greatly exceeds any death benefit I would have if I held a whole life policy till the end, and I don't need life insurance any longer. Also, 80% of whole life policy holders surrender their policies early. Where does that leave their heirs then?
@MikeCarolus9 ай бұрын
80 20 rule always applies. 80% of term ins owners wish they would have bought permanent coverage.
@markf.20509 ай бұрын
About 80% of whole life policy holders end up surrendering their policies early. That should tell you something about whole life. A term policy can be ended at any time with no severe consequence other than the loss of coverage. Surrendering a whole life policy can result in a huge financial loss. But who cares right? The salesperson got their commission up front!
