My first job was at Ruma's Deli (at South County Mall). I made so many of these.

That is awesome- such a classic. My sister knew someone who worked on Manchester and she got a lot of ideas from her! Ha!

Sure looks good! Hey my dad used to tell me about eating brain sandwiches. I think those may have also originated in St. Louis. Ever heard of them?

Thanks again for watching. That is very interesting comment. Yes I have heard of them but I have not eaten that. They still have places that sell them. My dad also said he didn't eat them but he thinks his dad probably did and he remembers a place on Gravois and Mackenzie that had a big sign out front advertising brain sandwiches. Very interesting.

If you havent tried them yet, you should try Old Vienna's "All Dressed" chips! Their Riplets are a little too hot to be enjoyable for me.

That sounds interesting. I will keep an eye out for them. I'm sure they are too much fire for me too- but it is always interesting testing these things. Ha!
