I was diagnosed a couple months ago and I’m having terrible anxiety and fear of eating I’ve lost almost 20 pounds that I need back, but I’ve been going to the right doctors and therapists and I feel like I’m losing my mind i just turned 20 and I just want to live a healthy life thank you soooooo much for this video I will never forget this lesson 🙏🏻

Thanks for this vid I am someone who has had this disease almost all my life and I liked to learn more about it. All those foods you had that make it worse it's so true! People think I am picky but if they felt like they were going to throw up for hours just because of fast food or there throat burning because of a little soda and it hurts to burp they won't want that stuff anyway! They make my stomach ten times worse than normal! I also liked how you addressed it's not always acidic in feeling my symptoms are almost always nausea or my throat feels swollen most of the time it's just annoying for me other times it goes on for hours and I feel sick too.... Well this was fun to watch while waiting for my Tums to work thanks a lot!

I swear doctors deny this but i have extremely bad gerd and my BP spikes really high during a episode. Have you ever witnessed it? One doctor did see it and found it interesting, had a episode that hurt bad. They took me to the back and did a cardiac work up and it was clear but he seen the BP high but normal is in the 120s over 80s but during a episode i can see 160 over 105 and feel bad chest pressure but cardiac work up is clear. I suspect its because of the pain and because i may be anxious about how bad it feels and that causes the rise in BP but wasn't sure and was curious about it.
