That is my plan. I will make a quilt. But that will take some time.

You might consider a ruler and a rotary cutter for trimming the sides.

Is this stuff BPA free? Have you thought about the transfer of BPA to the fabric?

it's not thermal paper-that has BPA but not regular paper
