Except, Germaine Greer was not speaking negatively of Meghan as you seem to be doing. She’s actually acknowledging the opposite; that Meghan was entering a world she couldn’t fully comprehend and that this new life wouldn’t be fair to her. And it hasn’t been.

@@MA-wh2nr what was negative? Pointing out facts is not negative. It's simply stating a fact. Now if you go by facts Ms. Greer is blaming everything on the Royal family. When in actuality it was Meagain that made those choices. On her own accord. She was an out of work cable actress when she first met Harry. Suits had written her out and her PR representative at the time ,stated that she told Ms. Markel there were no prospects in the horizon she could not find her anything. Out of work !! The clothes she wore in the Royal family ? she made those bad choices she still wears beige and brown only . Or it's ill fitting and wrinkled. Not the Royal families doing. She was not brought up or practiced any certain faith so she was welcomed into the church of England. She had no church. King Charles invited several different types of faiths to their wedding as she was not of any faith. She gave up nothing!!!!

"she will BOLT before her life is completely eradicated by the dreariness of THE FIRM" - love the John Grisham reference - I looooove you germie... its a modern literary masterpiece written by the best legal fiction author in history (also a barrister himself) about a young husband and his young wife who are lured into seeming domestic bliss and opulence only to realise that they expect her to give up her job and independence, and that he is in fact working for 'the mafia' ... they made a great film about it was tom cruise. please see. but the book is better.
