With international driving license you can drive for 6 months in Germany and for that you can contact Führerscheinstelle of your city ( it varies from city to city but better to ask them ) ! We will recommend you not to drive with this license without knowing the traffic signs and rules in Germany ! Better to convert this driving license into German one as soon as possible :) All the best

To secure load , you can never use seat belt ( its for personal safety ) ! To secure load you normally use chokes , belts ( we have explained it in detail in our videos )
