@@Gencrossbones True... but If you can go to Kiel and dig up a specific place near a dock/drydock then you can find the KMS Admiral Scheer in her earthly grave. While I know that Admiral Scheer is a ship from the Kriegsmarine and not from the Kaiserliche Marine It would be great to restore the beauty and put her back on the water as a museum ship just like HMS Belfast and IJN Mikasa.

The Germany not "allowed to build ships" point of view of many historians is flawed. People, *any* people, independent of where they live, are affected by the events of the recent and relevant past (note, not the future, which they don't know about of course). *So why did the German taxpayer support the construction of a large German Navy?* Easy answer: past events.
