German here. The years 2010-2015 to 2016 were GREAT years with the music. But I dont like the trap either. It is everywhere and I dont like it

As a german: German music was good until all the 15 y/o started listening to that shitty German-rap. Literally, it’s not even good, just random words, not making sense and sounding awful.

ja ich meine ist immer geschmackssache aber sehe ich genauso. finde diese musik grauenhaft. alles mit revolverheld, anderas bourani (wo ich sehr traurig bin dass er kaum noch was macht), mark forster etc. war so gut aber deutsch rap ist halt nix für mich

Verstehe das auch nich. Noch schlimmer sind die vielen ü18 Personen die sowas hören. Warum… die sollten doch bisschen reifer und erwachsener denken und nicht mehr „ich fahr AMG, nehm Drogen und f*ck Mütter“…

@@anhalter1572 es ist halt weniger dass es scheiß musik ist oder was auch immer. Nur dass es halt komplett die Charts einnimmt. Davor war es ein guter Mix, jetzt ist es alles irgendwie ein Einheitsbrei. Einzelne songs stechen hervor, obwohl es das selbe genre ist, aber ansonsten ist halt alles ähnlich.

Honestly, our music industry may still be as diverse as before 2017, but then the album “Palmen aus Plastik” was released and just not as great anymore. If you want to listen to more German indie, there is a Spotify playlist called “Wilde Herzen” that typically includes most newer songs.
