Hello, I have just started watching your videos for a week, all are really good. Your experiences, fortunately, are very relatable to me. Starting from zero, with the most frequent words in German, I am glad that I can understand 60% of your explanation through listening(I like to take a peep in case I'm missing something). Keep up the good work, and hopefully your channel may grow larger. I truly believe that this is a very relatable and touching stories you are able to spread to others.

Prepositions are one the most difficult things I find while learning German. I still make mistakes while using them in English 😂. Except for defining them for different positions, they are also used for other general cases, which I find very difficult and then when you try learning da/wo prepositions, they make no sense to me. I have started following your technique to remember the articles though, and I am finding it interesting. Great videos. 👍👍

Hallo Ich möchte hier meine Beispielsatz schreiben. -Er hat deine Flasche zwischen die Biere gestellt. (By the way _...deine Flasche zwischen die Biere gestellt_ or _zwischen die Biere deine Flasche gestellt._ which element comes before?)

I am dedicated and really needy to learn German till B2 , what source to choose to achieve my goal beside a German speaking environment and books ? Is Goethe schule good for this time constraint of 5 months if I already know till A1 in German ? I learnt 4 languages - hindi , English, punjabi and marathi but for these I had a lot of time or no time constraint was their for me , anything would be beneficial if u could help me with that🙏

Practice speaking as much as possible on Italki or Tandem. And just learn as much vocab as you possibly can. Keep yourself interested with whatever you enjoy. E.g German KZbin channels, TV etc. Yes I would say it is definitely possible but you will have to work hard and really make the language as much of your daily life as possible.

The prepositions are very good explained, I couln´t have done it better..BUT may I give you a tipp..It is very unlikely that someone meaning a native german speaker says "Ich - setze - das Glas auf den Tisch.".."setzen" is simply not used in that context..it is "Ich - stelle - das Glas auf den Tisch" I know why you said "setze" because in English you say "set".. You are speaking German very well even almost totally accent free like a native speaker but with things like this I would notice in that very moment that you are definitively not a native speaker...it is not meant as a sort of critic..I just want to help to improve your skills which are very very good already.

Thank you very much for the correction Michael.

@@GermanWithJay Well using "setzen" for setting a glas on a table would mean you have for instance measured the table in the first place to find a particular spot on the table to "set/setzen" then the glas on that particular spot of the table..No one does that while setting a glas on table, right.. But for instance you are going to play chess then you would "set/setzen" the figures on the playing field according to a prescribed manner .. "setzen " simply means that there is a certain specific way or pattern or/and a specific place for that action of "stellen" I hope I could made it clear how and in which context we use "setzen" with the meaning "stellen" "Setzen" can also mean "to sit down" as well. = Du musst dich zuerst "setzen" um dann zu "sitzen" = You have to sit down first in order to sit.
