Why would we want to be an "Associate member" of an organisation that insists it wants to "punish" us for leaving. They treated the exit negotiations as a victorious nation talking to a defeated enemy. The EU politicians burned all vestages of good will towards UK so we'll never trust them again. Anyone that wants to appease the EU should remember the experience of Neville Chaimberlain.

Economic catastrophe on the horizon because of all of the above plus England, because it Brexited, looks stranded as an appendage of the U.S. empire. PLEASE, try to MAKE President Zelenskyy, the people of Ukraine "SEE" the harsh reality of Membership of The European Union. For any country wishing to become an European Union Member State there are seven mandatory requirements and generally takes four years. I believe, achieving the qualifying "targets" is difficult enough during peacetime..... YET President Zelenskyy, who was not a "seasoned" Politician before he became President of Ukraine, clearly believes HE can achieve European Union Membership for Ukraine during "WAR TIME" ! Currently, Ukraine has achieved ONLY THREE ....of the seven mandatory requirements !

I could never have voted Remain on the basis of Cameron’s so-much-touted “fundamentally reformed” EU deal that he brought back from Brussels. It was exactly the same as before, just like the clapped-out old banger you see in some car showrooms, that’s been given a fancy valet job and a lick of touch-up paint. The engine is still terminally unreliable and the suspension is still about to collapse. That was the offer the EU sent him home with, and he still didn’t have the nerve to say to them, “If you don’t give me something I actually can sell to the British electorate, I’ll campaign for Brexit and we’ll win!” The only vote I could give with integrity was Leave.
