I remember when I saw this game I was quite excited, probably because of the incredible German win. I did review a lot of the US turnovers and found them very sloppy. Now seeing this video with so many turns from BOTH sides, I can't help to think : what an ugly game. Not to take away from several tremendous defensive plays, but a lot of the turnovers in this game are these world class players very unworthy. Jitters ? Nerves ? Pfffff ... it was already their third game ...

What were the conditions? Throwing looks extremely sloppy from these clips, completely out of character for this caliber of game
