Before Russia got involved in the Ukranian civil war that began in 2014, i met a Ukranian immigrant here in Canada who had befriended my brother. Not only that they also camps for CHILDREN showing bout and NAZI music. Didn't take me long to figure it out considering that when I was still a young teen, dad (and us) were stationed in a German town that was one of the last to fall to the Russians, during the time the Berlin Wall was being built. This is a report in the Russian media and its Indian subsidiary. I've tried to fact check it but couldn't find anything. We have been involved in training Ukrainian soldiers in the UK since 2015 following the Russian invasion, over 60,000 so far and this has never been an issue. How stupid would they have to be to do this when they are in effect ambassadors for their country, maybe they could get a job at the Times of India.
