Sorry, we don’t know much about medical coding. Is it more related to research or to tech? If it’s tech related, German is not that mandatory - most tech roles don’t require German. At the same time, If you have German certification, it’s always a plus and helps

I would personally advise, to start with work and gain experience for 2 years.. Work, will make us more clear with our masters.. Instead of directly joining for masters after Bachelors.
