I wonder what your economy strat is. I saw you mass sold civilian goods to the AI at the start, then logically went socialist and made a huge amount of factories, but if each civ makes 250k, you'd need a lot of them to pay for so many tanks and planes, so how did you have the resources to keep them all going (especially towards the end with >285mil resource income)? Also, since you need all 4 resource factories to make the items for civilian goods, but you only start with 100 mil, how do you do it as smaller countries?

I upgrade infrastructure and factory output so I don't need to buy as much resources, and as smaller countries you invade other nations nearby for the cash.
