Though France in World War 1 is synonymous with trench warfare and staying full defense. Do note that the absurd use and production of artillery as well as the main use of infantry with only tanks used for breakthroughs are another piece of French tactics. This is why I consider this video to be good enough due to my focus on artillery and infantry in the beginning. Do also remember that France frequently sent in full-wave assaults through-out the war, especially in the beginning where they hoped to advance into Germany which is what I followed in my invasion of Germany.

Hey, By the way you dont have to zoom in the whole country to select the city. You can hold shift and then click the city u want to select. The troops will be ignored by holding shift + left click

I tried your strategy as UK in a WW2 event, and I tell you guys.... I absolutely cooked Germany with those losses and cripped his mp, since I was SPAMMED arty with god level tech doctrines and a good support leader ( the US was protecting the channel with like 70 destroyers and funding me money for maintaining arty ) we demolished Germany at last. (the funniest thing was, there was a Vichy France player who was entirely focused on trying to land across the channel which didn't happen cuz of American navy and my arty and Germany, his puppets and allied were so FOCUSED on Europe that I owned entire French Africa with my invasion of like 3 million troops, it was so dang funny when Germany realized that 💀 🙏)Thank you for the strat Kate!

Resistance is amazing and overlooked by beginner to intermediate players. Though I'd argue that resistance may not be the first thing you should research.

i've never met a Russia player that is good, they always forgot how effective they are during the early games, it's like people just pick Russia because it looks big and scary, it's really wild to me how many times i've seen Russia players lose to a decently skilled Mongolia or the most mediocre China ever, it'd be interesting to meet a good Russia player.(I've tried to play Russia, i'm decently skilled but it's just not fun for me.)

try colonizing high population countrys ie Nigeria and get limited conscription and spam recruitment centres.

you can use massed attack to spam infantry then switch to specialisation or static lines and train your troops till bronze or higher level.
