I love Gerry Beckley. My favorite song of all time is “Sister Golden Hair”. I was lucky enough to see America at an evening 😂outdoor concert on the slopes at Park City, Utah, over one Thanksgiving a few years back. Best part of my trip. They were fabulous.

Fascinating interview with Gerry. America has always been one of my favorite rock bands. It's still hard to believe that they have never been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame! You have a new subscriber Denny! 👍👍

Thoroughly enjoyed this interview with Gerry Beckley…I have Americas Greatest Hits on CD. Unfortunately our vinyl albums got acidentally melted by our apartment heater in 1972 or ‘73. So when we saw their greatest hits compilation on CD we bought it right away. Thanks for giving us great memories to remember. ❤🙏🎸🎹🥁🎼⭐We saw America live at the Greek Theatre as well.

he's in his '70's, it sounds like he's sick of traveling which at his age can't be easy. Maybe he will do some shows close to wherever he's living at the time

I thought Denny did a good interview, and knows his stuff as well.

Agree. It’s a great interview but when you would both be accidentally talking at the same time, your voice volume would rise, drowning Gerry out. I realize there may have been a slight time delay so that might have exacerbated the situation, but just making you aware. Thank you for arranging this interview

Constructive criticism. You’ve got to let the guest speak without so many interruptions. It made what otherwise would have been an enjoyable interview…difficult to watch.

it's a problem in many of these podcast interviews, the interviewer wants to show how knowledgeable and funny they are. I've heard much worse than this guy
