The foamed concrete mixing plant SBM-8 from GERTEC is a mixing plant developed especially for the continuous production of light foamed concretes. The mixing plant has an integrated foam generator and, depending on the features, is equipped with its own compressed air supply and water pressure enhancer.
The innovative mixing system allows for the production of ultra-lightweight and light foamed concretes at top quality grades, and that in a reproducible manner.
The unique foamed concrete mixer ingeniously mixes a binding agent glue (e.g. cement slurry), previously prepared by colloidal process, with a continuously produced fine-pore foam (e.g. surfactant or protein foam) into a homogeneous foamed concrete.

I have our own Wall Panel System which uses cast-in-place. I would like to compete with the lightweight panels and I would like to ask if this will be monolithic with our Wall Panel using fiber cement boards. 2.) What is the weight per kg/m2. 3.) What will be the strength of such. Thank you!

Why not use plant cellulose from bamboo and bannas with water activated ceramic then use the soil that is used for cob building which is everywhere and use a mixing machine to develop new building materials that you could create right on a building site? Have a truck with a mixer have a truck with molding machines that two individuals can operate one to process the materials into the mixer and one to unload the molded products? Products cure rock hard in 24 hours and are ready to build with. Or use bamboo fabric impregnated with water activated ceramic like concreate canvas and use aluminum to form prefabricated panels with electrical conduit already ran that you bolt to the foundation with the hollow cavities having plant cellulose impregnated with water activated ceramic that swelles up and hardens has it dries becoming the inner core of the bamboo fabric wall that has also hardened rock solid almost like how bones are for a very strong structure that is easy to erect and is very insulated? A new building technology thats really green since all materials can be recycled and used to produce other building materials? What do you think about all this?

Use bamboo and banana plant cellulose with water activated ceramic to do prefabricated panels and other structures and ypu could order a whole house on line have it shipped on site and two people could erect a home in hours to a few days. You could even design swivel latch locks you used locking pins in in all prefabricated panels so no tools needed to put the prefabricated home together. Use water tight wrather striping where needed and pinch seals instead of cocking on all joining panels facing the outside of the structure. Be neat to be able to order a whole home on line and not need any tools to put it all together upon a foundation and then just add water to cure all the pannels rock hard. It would be 100% fire proof like concrete canvas tents? Be a great investment for anyone who wanted a woodland home. The forest could burn down and the home would be safe. Plant cellulose and aluminum to make panels would be lite weight easy to ship and taking less time to set up. The only time really needed would be having to wait for the walls and cores to dry and harden but fans placed within the structure to wick the moisture would work to speed things up. Purdy cool new building technology if anyone will do it! ; )
