hmmm. I see a number of options to improve. It appears that a continuous mixer with gypsum, cement, water and foam would simplify the production. The cement and gypsum could be dropped in a hopper that feeds the correct amount. Water and foam could then be added. A hose could be used to push or drop the mix in the forms. This would also avoid bubbles and overfilling.

Sou do Brasil, aqui não tem esse produto que vc está usando pra fazer espuma em forma de uns grãozinho. Aqui só tem em pó. Para fazer essa espuma. Eu pergunto para colocar em 50lt de água vcs colocam de 250gr a 300gr. No caso do pó eu devo misturar quantas gramas.

good video, you say that 50lt of foam is equal to 1.5kg in weight. If I wanted to a smaller batch of foam does that mean that the density of the foam would be 1 litre of foam would equate 30g in weight. Most of concrete foam mix that I have come across is about 90g in weight for 1 litre of foam. If you could give a explanation as to why the density is lighter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm still going to make a machine to automate this whole process, I really like the subject, the cool thing is that these blocks are produced with plaster, there is a video that demonstrates the strength of the Block. The term in engineering, MegaPascal (MPa), is often used to measure the pressure force that the block can withstand in this case.... This block would be for sales and not for structural construction, right?
