Day 7 of getting 1% more holistic everyday and today we’re oil pulling - one of my favorite holistic habits. To oil pull just swish about a tablespoon of oil in your mouth, I use a premixed solution because that made it easier to get into the habit.➡️ floss➡️ swish the oil pulling solution for 1-20 min➡️ spit in trash can➡️ tongue scrape➡️ brush as normal

Here's how to make them: * Fold 3-5 thin pieces of cloth into a glass jar * Completely saturate the cloth in vinegar * Add 10 drops of essential oil for a fresh aroma. These dryer sheets will help reduce static and add a fresh scent to your laundry, all while being dryer safe. Day 9 of getting 1% more holistic everyday and today we’re putting our legs up on the wall.This is a restorative yoga pose that can help:
