Love your workout videos. Your explanation on each exercise is really good. The bench dip I have not done. Our gym has a assisted dip machine I plan on using. I usually take 2 days off between workouts. Probably because I am 77. I wrote down your workout session and look forward to using it. I also am doing your rear deltoid exercise with dumbbells along with side raises. Starting to see shoulder definition after 6 months. Thanks to you my rear delts are now getting attention. Taking Whey protein and 3 grams of creatine monohydrate. Diet: fish, steak, chicken, eggs, good carb veggies, etc. Peanut butter or can of tuna are great to snack on.

Gaining mass requires drive motivation setting small achievable short term goals leading to the long term. Getting stacked as a tank don't happen over night. One of the main keys is you gotta eat right and eat like 5 times or more a day to as well and hydrate with water. Supplement properly protein carbs good fats and calories and you'll get there.
