I experienced similar thing and it came out to be 6.5. I paid for a remark and they changed the score to 7.0. I was refunded too. Some examiners are not friendly.

@@TessyinAustralia I don't even know about this remark thing🥲 I raised concern regarding my exam also because the demo audio they played before actual listening test was very clear but it was very noisy & echoing during the test. Many people had the same feeling but the centre denied this. They just gambled the people so that we could apply again for the exam.
