What a work of art, guys! I'm a Riviera fanatic. The 1965 is the high point for this storied marque. Usually I'm a stickler for authenticity, but I have to give you well-deserved props for your beautiful work. You've managed to enhance the classic design with modern features. Your Riviera isn't just another resto-mod. This car shows great respect for the original and one must appreciate the thought and design sense that went into the build. The level of craftsmanship also looks second-to-none. Thanks for sharing!

Sir! If you really like these first gen Rivieras, check my personal channel I have a 64 that gets that same reaction when people see it. (Not trying to promote my shitty videos, but I know how rare these cars are and even fewer are those who know and appreciate them.)

One of the best restomods I've ever seen. As a Buick guy I have to say its great to see the 65 Riviera get its due. A classic American Grand Touring car paid tribute to in a beautiful, well thought out build. I'm now a subscriber. Great work!

I owned a 65 a few years back, planned to restore, but never got around to it. After seeing this build, I'm glad I didn't and let it go. These men gave the perfect example, to those that don't understand, there are levels to this car game. This in my humble opinion, is the most beautiful Buick, I have ever seen! It is not very often one can completely out do the original, these gentlemen awakened the dead with this one. I am completely and utterly blown away., the owner has to be very proud. Bravo and hats off to these craftsmen.

I'll admit that is one beautiful car. However I am more of the purest. I feel that the ribbed rocker panels is part of what gives the "65 Riviera it's personal mystique. To each is own. Or like a neighbor of mine used to say. "Whatever floats your boat man".

I love 99.9% of it. Wish you would have kept it as a 65 in the rear with the tail lights in the bumper. To me, along with the stacked hidden head lights, that 1965 update is what made 65 the favorite of that generation..IMHO. Nevertheless, it's still spectacular.

Back in the late 70’s, before I moved from Southern California where I was raised, my brother and I restored 356 Porsches. Our first restoration win 2nd place at the Newport Fashion Island Concours Show. This is such a gorgeous and tastefully done car. Without question, one of the most beautiful car designs to ever come out of Detroit. I was born in Flint Michigan. My father worked at Bendix Brake works and my mother worked at Fisher Body. She did the embroidery for Cadillacs. The changes you made were perfect@ especially the clam door light covers. PERFECT! Can’t wait to see your next re-creation!
