I hear you. What exactly are you afraid of? I think a lot of my hesitation when I first started came from the sheer number of things that I'd have to learn to become an efficient developer. It's definitely a bit overwhelming, but a bit better if you break the larger items into *really* small and manageable tasks. That and maybe imposter syndrome, which we always seem to fight with this platform.

Sir , It's a request ,please help to understand these concepts by posting some tutorials,Related to Controller doing some query on database on behalf of Ajax it get from .phtml file and then sending back the result in form of Ajax to same .phtml file.

What are you trying to do exactly? Maybe if you could explain a good real-life use case here, I may be able to tackle it.

@@MarkShust say for eg :- I have filters on listing page and I have selected some of them like colors , size and price , not we will post this to controller via Ajax format to query database and fetch the particular results related to that and return back that result in which format format ? Basically I want to understand working of filters on plp in details. Now what I want to understand is the flow of this process , I don't whether I am correct or not in analysing but want to understand how this we can achieve in Magento 2 , the flow and It will be good if u take an example.
