Question, how can I modify the excercises with the leg straight on the floor, because I am not thet flexible? Could I bend my knee and put foot on the floor? Thank you very much and thanks for all the great workouts! xx

Definitely!! Make sure when you move your Legs, keep the same angle on your knees to have more challenge with the hips and abs 💛
