Love the arm workout. I can really feel it for sure!! When I first saw the description thought it said abs lol. So was glad that it was arms instead!!

Hi Hannah!!! Waow, I thought that my arms were strong, but you've showed me that I have to practice more exercises of those muscles... HaHaHa!!! Today I didn't get to see your new video but I did this one and it was so damn good that I sweat alot and it was awesome as you've increased the counting more than usual. Great workout Hannah ❤️❤️😊👍

Happy you enjoyed it Teresa! Doing the workout in a chair is great if it makes it easier for you. You will get a bit of an additional stretch if you do it on the ground, and it’s uncomfortable for some people so please just do what feels best! 💛
