At 1.50 minutes, you said to start with a 1/20 shutter speed and "move down" to 1/60. And at 4.20 minutes, you used aperture priority so "the camera sets the aperture for you." Neither are correct.

Those two alsograbbed my attention. At 4:30 is stated that by adjusting the ISO to a higer value the sensor will become more sensitive. That is also incorrect it's more like a gain knob.

Hi there, you were talking about panning shots, and 1 thing you should have said was to fo;;ow through with the pan after you press the shutter, this helps to stop snatching the shutter pulling the camea out of the direction of pan. Using a tripod all of the tracks( trackside) is not allowed ! but using a monopod is, this keeps access for marshals/doctors free. If you have never done panning heres a tip , go to the end of your street or a street with a good traffic stream and shot the cars going by this will give you a better way to practice. As shutter speeds for head on shots you are a little low 1200 or above, remember that the springs.dampers are set hard and this will make the vehicle bounce up and down, not all racks are dead flat these tips will help to your keeper rate higher.

What about aperture?

Using a wide aperture seems odd for a panning shot. You don’t need a shallower depth of focus as you are blurring the background anyway with the motion. I find closing down the aperture helps as it makes the focus less critical. You also normally get a sharper image at a slightly closed down aperture
