How can I connect laptop to my monitor for 144hz 1080p? I have usb c thunderbolt and hdmi 2.0

If you're saying that your laptop has usb c (with no Hdmi port), but the monitor has hdmi, then I'd suggest looking at the usb type C port hub listed in the video description, or if that doesn't work out for you, then feel free to look an amazon for other ones. These should allow you to just plug the port hub into your laptop's usb c type port, and you can plug the hdmi from the monitor into the hub. Let me know if this helps you out!👍
