Wow! I swapped the blend actuator door out over a year ago on my Wrangler and thought the A/c delay was due to the parts not being OEM. I stumbled across this video and it fixed the problem! Thanks man

It’s amazing the stuff you learn on you tube. I learned how to recalibrate the computer on my truck to realize that it had a new battery and wouldn’t continue to try and over charge it and destroy it. Took two minutes to learn, took the mechanic over an hour with tech support. Thanks SK. 👍🇨🇦

Funny thing is, that tech could've grabbed his phone and Googled it like you did! I have ZERO shame when it comes to turning to Google or KZbin...even if I know basically what to do, if someone has found an easier way to deal with the trickier steps, I'm all ears! (Also, SO weird that you have to relearn the PCM for a new battery! That's a new one on me.)

@@ShopKatIndustries apparently what happens is the computer realizes the battery is getting weaker and tells the alternator to over charge the battery for the next start. Weird science🤪🤪🤪

I have to tell you, I have a 2013 JKU and after the dealer replaced the actuator etc, still didn’t work when I got home. 3 months ago….. and saw this… now works like a charm! But mine was 2 blinks. Thank u!

I'm not too sure, as the Liberty has a slightly different climate control knob setup...but it wouldn't hurt anything to try. Let me know if it seems to work!

Oh, that is strange! Maybe there's a fault in the climate control module, or the actuator, that isn't storing the information? I'm not sure which component stores that info but I would guess it's the HVAC module.
