Why not fly the Hispano Mustang at the same BR since they fly so differently, maybe even contrast it with the A-36? Good, solid summary on USA mains. All true from where I'm sitting also. Also: I fly with that guy in the D10 an awful lot. He's a heck of a pilot too, and a US main. Taught me how to fly the 51.

The P51C is amazing when you understand how to use it. I'm extremely impacient and I'm absolutely not a good player, yet I went from 2-3 DK to 0-3 when I switched from the P40-F.

Look, I have around 165k/36d with the p51c. Around 4.6 KD, which is outstanding. But my win rate is only 41.33%. The us teams at this br is pure trash, and he is right “is not your fault”.

A tip in regards to teamwork. When you have a friend diving on a particularly dangerous enemy, especially Japanese, and you have no concern of any enemy being able to interrupt follow your friend when they get to about 1km into their dive. If they don't bag the kill the enemy is usually going to try to attack your friend like you see with the Ki-44 at 9:30. With you following about 1.5-2km behind by the time they are looking to attack you are right there to get the kill. This also allows you to get a quick follow up attack on the target with a better line to account for their defensive maneuvers if they don't try to counter attack your teammate. At the very least it ensures that you keep your friend's 6 clear while simultaneously creating a bigger energy gap between you two and your target.

if you have an altitude advantage on someone who thinks they can zoom up to meet you, just flat turn around them, if your speed is around 320-350 you can hold that speed and circle back around to them, 109s and yaks can't keep that up, and even spits might be too slow to follow you. big part of the p51 is speed retention, so just pretend its nascar and turn left to victory.

The MEC settings on the p51c and d are 100% oil rad, 90% rad, 100% prop pitch and you can infinitely WEP. Another added benefit is it burns SLIGHTLY more fuel when using WEP so you get lighter, faster!

Realistic has way better rewards. Arcade maybe be more fast paced and casual. It’s a trade off. Do whichever one you want to do because at the end of the day if you’re not having fun you’ll burn out. I like the challenge of Air RB personally. Lots of ‘arcade’ games out there. Very few that have mouse control with semi-real performance like ‘realistic’ provides.

If you play US you need at least 2 others flying with you to make a difference. No one ever side climbs. When they actually do it’s a great feeling. But it’s as rare as an eclipse

@@wongarnold2879 yeah I'm hating myself for that turn INTO his guns. Kept the turn going I would have gotten behind him. He did NOT have the energy I thought he did. Most of the time Fw 190s are barreling in on you from 4000m!

Люблю мустанг!!!очень красиввй самолёт. Главный его плюс это его скорость на высоких скоростях может не плохо довернуть. К сожалению сейчас брунинги полохо наносят урон это его единственный минус. Но есть пушечный а там урон, что надо 😉

I played P-51C one game and in level flight a Yak-3 caught me up? I was supposed to be way faster and I couldn't understand it, my plane fully spaded? What gives, I checked the stats after the game and I should have been pulling away but it was the opposite? Is there something I'm missing? Is this a Gaijin thing or a parallel universe or just me not being able to read? This happened in the last year or so, I've been flying other planes, please help! Thanks! ;D

at lower altitudes yaks are ridiculous. below 3000m they are going to be faster, i would avoid them as much as you can below 3000m unless you have a huge energy advantage going into it.

Depends of Alt, do not fight any Russian fighter at low altitude ever

The Yak came out of a dive or you were going relatively slow at low alt. That is the only way the Yak could be faster.

@@wabben77 Wrong on being faster. A Yak-3 tops out at 355mph on the deck whereas the P-51C tops out at 377mph. P-51 is faster at all alts.

if you actually kill ground units and bleed enemy tickets you're miles better than most of the behavior I see on most US teams. TK'ing and just general stupidity.

@@hav3nWT Just look at my card brother. Made my bone to level 100 as an attacker/bomber. I like to dogfight but am too old to hang for very long. Bone spurs in my hands as well as no feeling in one hand. What I really like about WT is just as much strategy can be used to play as much as being skillful on the controls. The game was met to be able to win in different ways other than kill everyone in sight. Please keep making content as I have already learned more from you that has helped my game such as using my BF109f4 in the vertical. Thank you

love this plane but as you said they US players are terrible and because I'm a Japanese main I bought the premium P-51C-11nt and is way more fun however there's a new issue all the US players on the other team die within 5 min 🤣

For sure. It’s a struggle. I just still love props in this range so I suffer. If you don’t have enough XP-50 or P-38s (and now F8F) to challenge the huge climb advantage the other nations have, you’re gonna have a bad time.
