Hi sir, is easiest way for PR to study French? I studied French for 5 years in high school. Got interested in immigration to Canada this year, seems like the easiest way is to get clb 7 on french n go in through francophone? Am i correct? Or are there more strings attached.

You must score a minimum CLB 7 in all 4 sections of the TEF/TCF exam to be eligible for a French-category draw. In addition, you must score a minimum CLB 7 in all 4 sections in English language exam too.

Please make sure these caregivers who will come to Canada as permanent residents will work as caregivers for at least 3 years. However, permanent resident could change their profession. This is the flaw of this pilot program, and it will be abused just like the international student visa program.
