That attachement tool is good to flush the gutter once it's cleaned and flush downspout

Yes, while this setup is capable of blowing out all the debris with the pressure and flow alone, cleaning out the gutters by hand before flushing is a less messy process.

Fantastic nothing like blowing all the leaves and crap all over your back garden and the house, make an attachment to go inside the gutter on an end of a telescopic pole, go up on the ladder in the middle of the guttering and pull everything towards you then put it into a bucket, these attachment don't work especially if you've got gutters that has never been cleaned out before,,,

Always clean top to bottom. This is an exaggerated case, just to show the power of water flow. However even if you clean out the bulk by hand it ends up everywhere; we just did it again this spring!

Use a double turbo nozzle instead, and a telescopic extension pole, and do it from the ground, not from the ladder. Instead of blowing the leaves all over the place, blow them down the gutters.

Also clean as you go, so you don't have to use foam.

If its dry, use a blower. If its wet, use a Ball valve with M5 twist nozzle and shooter tip . The method / attachment you used is the messiest method , plus you are eating too much debris.

Im not a fan of using high preasure water to clean clogged gutters , just makes more work in my opinion.
