I had no idea who this guy was he just showed up on my feed. Here’s the thing y’all, I would start watching videos and click off because he started telling the truth I was NOT READY to hear,or it didn’t apply to me or, I felt like it wasn’t helping my situation. Today I decided to listen to the whole thing and today my life changed. This was the video for me because it’s every single thing I have done. I stayed hidden, spoke negativity, frustration anger etc. and still wonder everyday why my life isn’t improving. Just like a person who is addicted to drugs or alcohol have to get away from their environment and the people associated with their addiction. That's so they can heal. It should be the same for people who experience a break up. You have to get some distance away from the ex and everyone they are associated with so that you can heal your mind, body and spirit.
