This isn’t the Wild West where he’s prone to quick draw you with a sidearm from 10+ meters out lmao. Not entering into range where you’ll face grappling or cross the m2s line of fire. the better way of handing it would be have him face sideways with his sidearm facing you, have him keep his dominant hand in the air and use his other hand to slowly reach across pull it out and lay it on the ground, hands back up and shuffle away, if he tries to aim a pistol at you while you have him trained with an ar he’s a fool especially since he already decided to drop his rifle at this point and you have far superior fire power on top of that truck (although admittedly in this situation it should be trained on the other suspects further out), all of his can be accomplished without closing in or endangering your life any more than stumbling across half a dozen men with rifles already has. Better yet have him do it standing so it’s not awkward to worry about him shuffling around and going for the weapons on the ground. Especially when we’re talking about a populace that Is notorious for strapping ieds to themselves. But hey what do I know? I’m just an idiot online and I’m sure you’d love to get all handsy 😂

You seem pretty confused on how PMCs work. In a place like the middle east, no PMC is going to ever work for enemies of the bigger nation, in this case againts the US. To go againts a very large army, like in Russian PMCs in Syria, you'd need to have huge political and financial backing, like Wagner Group, who has government backing and is allowed to recruit criminals and ex-soldiers alike.
