Sir, we are NSIC registered past 5 years every year we renewd but State Government is not accepting NSIC certificate , we are PWD registerd Government contractor and we bid Maharashtra government tenders but they are not giving EMD and Tender fee exemption, even Local body like MCGM ( Municipal corporation of Greater Mumbai's ) we bid that tenders also but they don't give emd and tender fee exemption , Pl help and suggest what to be done
